New Crossbody Conversion Kit for Longchamp Le Pliage Pouch with Handle

I bought my Longchamp pouch and kept it aside for a while until I saw this conversion kit from the DUYP website.

This kit is 100% worth buying - it's good quality, also a simple and affordable way to turn a small accessory into a stylish mini crossbody bag.

This conversion kit for my longchamp pliage pouch is perfect! The leather & hardware matches the pouch perfectly & the quality & feel is amazing. It is still rather new so I will see how it holds up over time but it definitely feels like high quality. I have worn it out a few times & the leather attachments from the crossbody strap definitely stay in place where it's attached to the handles of the pouch, no riding up or sliding around the handle. I'm so glad I went with this conversion kit. I had considered other kits at a lower cost & some of them involved puncturing a hole for a grommet into the leather tabs of the pouch which I wasn't keen on at all. Didn't want to risk damaging the pouch. Nor was I confident those other conversion kits would match close enough (to my liking:) Another happy DUYP customer. Highly recommend this kit.

This is a great improvement to the original conversation kit as I was having issues where one side would slide up to the point I was stuffing the hardware with cotton in hopes it would stay put, because of it, I wasn't wearing my pouch as often. With this new conversation, now I won't have to worry about either side rising up and having to mess with it. Now looking forward in using my bag more often. 😊

I initially received the wrong pink tone conversion kit but once I reached out to Melodie, she apologized & sent me the correct color kit asap. I have not been able to find the right shade of pink to match my bigger tote. This color kit is spot on with the Longchamp two handle tote bag, so my idea was to only use the strap & poke holes on the zipper ends & place silver grommets for the straps. (Disclaimer- this kit is for the pouch size with 1 handle, DUYP does not offer this pink colored kit for the tote. Unbeknownst to me, we (with help from hubby) were able to place the hooks around the handles! It is a tight fit but I couldn’t be happier with the results. I can now wear my tote as a crossbody!

I purchased a conversion strap from another seller and I thought it was good; however, when I received my Longchamp pouch conversion strap, the design was well thought of. It has a little hook to keep the strap from sliding. It stays in place and is very secure. The leather quality is also superb and matches my Longchamp leather. This is a very good purchase.

I was very excited when the conversion kit arrived. I quickly put it on my bag and found one side went on nicely however the other side did not. It was such a struggle to get it on. I thought maybe the leather was a bit too stiff and I needed to mold it more so it'll be flexible. It wasn't the case upon inspection I found out why I was struggling with the one side to get it on its because the length of the leather was just slightly smaller compared to the length of the leather on the other clasp. After 26 minutes of struggling to get it on I finally managed however i know I'll have a difficult time taking off that one clasp if needed in the future.

Seriously fantastic quality. I'm picky, super picky and this matched exactly to the leather on the purse and the extra little metal thingy that helps the tabs not ride up is genius! I'll continue to buy from this store! You should be proud of the product you produced!

The Conversion kit is AMAZING! Quality is A+. One would never know it is an add-on to my fabulous tote. This kit gives me so many options now for my Longchamp totes.
Furthermore, I ordered the conversion kit for a pouch when I needed one for my Longchamp Le Pilage tote. I messaged this wonderful company and SEAMLESSLY and IMMEDIATELY she corrected my order. In a few short days I had the correct A+ quality kit! I’m a loyal customer for life!!

So excited to use this conversion kit but when it arrived there was a missing hardware that was necessary to secure the straps in place. Reached out to customer service and got immediate response and a replacement was sent.
With the the part of the kit replaced I was finally able to try my Longchamp mini crossbody style. It was perfect!! The conversion kit was just as expected and customer service was excellent.
