I have been eyeing this bag ever since I saw it on YouTube, and I bought it right away, just a week before the big sale. Although I have a Speedy 20, I can’t use it every day due to the delicate vachetta handle. Fortunately, I got this mini Boston in black, and now I have no worries about using it for my daily commute to work. I’m eagerly awaiting the delivery of my other items.
I never, NEVER, EVER, wear black bags. Never. Literally I bought this bag because of a funny picture my sister and I are in where I about 11 years old and wearing what is likely the only black (Boston) bag I've ever had. When Melodie put this on sale, I decided to order it for nostalgia. When I opened the box, I was not prepared to love it as much as I do. The bag is so soft and smells so good. I have plenty of experience with other leather pouches and straps from DUYP so I expected the leather to be real nice. But I honestly did not expect to want to carry the little black bag immediately. I'm also so happy to receive a Vachetta leather strap along with the cotton strap. The organizer is of real nice quality and nice to have but not necessary for me as the bag keeps its shape even without the organizer. Also, the zipper on my bag is smooth and not wavy. Before ordering the black, I had preordered the Boston bag in Buttercream. Now I'm anxiously waiting for that one to come. I love these. They are such a great value and so enjoyable. I'm so happy I ordered and highly recommend. Thank you Melodie! I so appreciate you and your lovely offerings! P.S. Pictured is my little black bag next to a LV Speedy 25 and Neonoe MM.
I received this bag and was so impressed with the packaging, the dust bag, the quality of the leather and construction. I have stuffed this little bag and it has kept its shape perfectly and is still very light. Honestly, it’s the perfect little black bag. I love all the extras it came with and all the extra Togo accessories that are available for me to customize. I’ll be back for more for me and for gifts! And I completely forgot to mention the price! I just LOVE DUYP and truly look forward to seeing what else Melodie comes out with!
I love everything about this Boston bag. I purchased the all black. It is good quality leather and well crafted. The interior is very soft. I think it’s such a great size, slightly bigger than a speedy 20. I really appreciate the whole package - the insert organizer, cotton strap, and leather strap. I’ve been using it since I got it. :) I’m super excited to get the new buttercream color.
Excellent quality, perfect size for essentials!
