I bought a previous one back in July and it fit perfectly. I liked it so much that my family got me a second one along with the Longchamp pouch for Christmas. I was surprised to find out that this kit does not fit the pouch. The handles are sewn closer and the little leather tab doesn’t go to work. Not sure if Longchamp changed their production (in the 6 months since my first one) to make these types of kits not work, but sadly I’m going to have to do something else to convert it to a crossbody. Hope this helps others who were thinking of doing the same thing.
Hello, please check the whole video process as you have to fold a bit this part it's not meant to enter fully inside the handle. You can contact us for more details on putting it right. Once it's done it won't move.

The leather and hardware match perfectly - wow! I love how this turned my Longchamp pouch into a versatile little crossbody bag! I’m using it on vaca and it’s just what I needed for the pool/beach. I can fit my sunblock, sunglasses, iPhone pro max, lip balm, cards/cash and now all hands-free with this conversion kit. So so good! 👍

I got a defective conversion kit and I had to pay $15 shipping to return it and in order to refund me they will deduct the shipping cost to me for it . I’ve sent 3 emails with 0 answers. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMOANY
Beautiful quality item. Leather color is a perfect match. To apply the leather attachments you have to place them as far down on the straps as possible and pull them tight or they slide up along the handles when you attach the strap. You almost need two people. I am hoping the stay in place once I place items in the bag.
