Does Pouch 26 have rings at each end? Would like to attach wristlet strap and or crossbody strap. Is this possible?

My neverfull is a 2015. It’s monogram. Is wearing this neverfull cinched with o ring like this and a crossbody strap safe for the bag? Or is it discouraged? Thanks. Let me know!
