Love the conversion kit it match perfectly
Happy with my purchase, the color and hardware match very well! It will just be a bit hard and tight as you put on the strap handles but all good (For me is a good sign) 👍🏼. I will surely buy again. Looking forward on another cute long champ mini colors. Thank you for the coupon. 😃
I bought a previous one back in July and it fit perfectly. I liked it so much that my family got me a second one along with the Longchamp pouch for Christmas. I was surprised to find out that this kit does not fit the pouch. The handles are sewn closer and the little leather tab doesn’t go to work. Not sure if Longchamp changed their production (in the 6 months since my first one) to make these types of kits not work, but sadly I’m going to have to do something else to convert it to a crossbody. Hope this helps others who were thinking of doing the same thing.
Hello, please check the whole video process as you have to fold a bit this part it's not meant to enter fully inside the handle. You can contact us for more details on putting it right. Once it's done it won't move.

The leather and hardware match perfectly - wow! I love how this turned my Longchamp pouch into a versatile little crossbody bag! I’m using it on vaca and it’s just what I needed for the pool/beach.
