This is a wonderful bag. It matches all my clothes and my coat. It is very lux and I get all sorts of compliments including strangers when I wear it. Thank you Melodie and staff!
Small bag but fits all my essentials. And the colour goes with many of my outfits. I use the wide strap when traveling.
I don't use the insert with this bag, I am worried the squares may damage the leather, but I use it with another tote bag.
The quality of this bag is excellent. The leather is exquisite and the zipper is super smooth. I love it even more than my LV speedy, you will not re he et buying this bag.
Leather is soft but the bag is not in perfect condition. On one side of the bag, the togo leather is smooth out instead of grain texture. Overall, the texture is not consistent throughout the entire bag. I am too lazy to bag it up and return. I know the color of bag charm was random and i did a chat asking if i can get a certain color but my question was ignored completely. Noone bother to answer my question. Disappointed overall
