Looked Damaged and Used

I ordered the Bicolore Chunky Chain in the longer length and like the 2 metal colors. However, it looked used and scratched on the center links and the chain was not as pictured. It was missing a link and because of it, the links were not centered as pictured. Also, it took 10 days to receive this from Texas to California! I’m not returning it because I do not want to go through the hassle of returning it.
